1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • Your order was not delivered (after verification with shipping provider)

2. Return Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within:

  • 14 days of receiving your order

After 14 days, we may not be able to process refunds.


3. Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, or seals must be intact (if applicable)

Used, altered, or damaged items caused by the customer are not eligible.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal hygiene items (if opened)
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized items

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless error is on our side)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
